Mask wont show tab complete for multiple blocks

Describe the bug

Doing /replace redstone_wire,redstone_block, I can tab complete more values but doing /copy -m redstone_wire, I can't tab complete more items without going to the start of the list

To Reproduce

1. doing /replace redstone_wire, and tab complete a seconds value
2. doing /copy -m redstone_wire can not tab complete more values

Expected behaviour

Tab completion should show for -m like other commands that support filtering do
