When I stand on the road and parse this Placholder %plotsquared_plot_count%, I get no output, but when I stand on a plot, regardless of whether it's claimed or not, I get an output.

Expected behaviour
that the output of %plotsquared_plot_count% does not depend on whether you are standing on a plot
