minor improvements

• Change the default connection string to include the project name so it gets transformed when the template is instantiated
• Consider changing recommendation to do EF migrations through the web project instead of IDesignTimeDbContextFactory, or change the factory to use the same settings as the web project eliminate connection string duplication
• Add dark mode infrastructure
• See if we can generate a random port number for both .net and vite
• Update db model configuration with a pattern similar to Carbon that makes it easier to enable cascade deletes for specific relationships
• Change the default entity to something more generic so people don't think that its some kind of authentication implementation.
