Add arbitrary data to metadata.g.ts

We should add the ability to specify any number of C# attributes in coalesce.json. These attributes will have their values extracted from anything they're placed on that is generated by Coalesce (members, classes, enum members, parameters, methods) and be emitted into the generated metadata for consumption by the frontend in custom code.
