As a PM, if I see an upcoming meeting is scheduled I need to easily be able to see who scheduled it/what the topic is, so I know who to talk to if there is conflict

Just seeing the room is booked is MVP, but being able to know who booked it and what the meeting is about is necessary for deconflicting room needs
