Move Preview to Tab

Idea:

Move the preview functionality into a tab so that the HTML Editor and the Preview are full-width. This would allow the editor to be larger and the preview to more closely resemble the final page. The small width of the preview column is resulting in mobile styles being applied and making it hard to complete work.
