Definition of "Device Types"

Hi,

I would like to clarify the definitions of the Device Types of device object in OpenRTB.
Specifically, I'm unsure if this 1: Mobile/Tablet (General) is intended to include both 4: Phone and 5: Tablet, or if it represents a separate category.
