Link to RAM README incorrect or not rendering correctly

A page in the RAM (https://kb.internationaldataspaces.org/external/ram/Context/) has a link to the README page for RAM: https://kb.internationaldataspaces.org/external/ram/README

But this link results in a 404 error. It seems we should link to this README in a different way instead: https://kb.internationaldataspaces.org/external/ram/

• It has been fixed in the RAM repository, but needs to be merged - please see https://github.com/International-Data-Spaces-Association/IDS-RAM/pull/103

• Also not sure if this requires a rebuild of the kb for the link to appear correctly in the rendered kb pages
