Redirect for RAM 4 in knowledge base seems to be not working

Similar to issue reported in #39 about the Rulebook redirects, we seem to have an issue for RAM 4 related link.

i.e. see the link to the IDS-RAM 4.0 on GitBook page: https://internationaldataspaces.org/offers/reference-architecture/

In this case, I am not sure where this should point to. two alternatives:

• point to RAM preview content on kb
• or remove the ram 4 knowledge base link from the ram page (to be discussed, maybe this second option is better)
