Describe the feature you'd like
From my understanding, the purpose of this feature is to embed the collateral amount in the transaction body HW wallet visibility.

It would be a UX improvement for the build transaction cmd to not require providing the Ada amount when using --tx-total-collateral. It could be a toggle flag e.g. --tx-total-included and probably disabled by default because it may not always be useful to include.

Describe alternatives you've considered
build-raw can be left as is for testing purposes.
