The node should notice and warn if the op cert or the VRF key does not match.

Ideally, the node should inform about any misconfiguration related to keys, certs, etc.

I migrated to a new server - somehow the vrf key was not correct - we noticed after it was too late - I had my original files dated from 2021 but somehow my vrf keys were mixed up. I searched to see if any issues from 2021 could have been the cause for these files to have been mixed up - and found an issue that was closed that could have been helpful in this situation.

This was requested and I believe incorrectly closed without the actual issue being addressed.
