Strictness analysis in the network-mux library

It would be nice to tests that:

• decodeMuxSDU returns MuxSDUs in normal form
• Socket.recv returns results in normal form
  As suggested by @dcoutts here and here.

Maybe other strictness check would be good to be tested in mux-network, we should analyze that.
