 able to add 2 contacts with same public key in this scenario

Steps to reproduce
 1) Do New Identity suggest some id ... copy the public key generated. Now do add contacts. 
2) Put this key into New Contact and add this key 
3) Now create the same identity. 

So we have 2 contacts with same public key.

Tested on Debian and is always reproducible
