Create new feature to replace top searches

Due to the top searches being used for spam and displaying inappropriate results, the top searches feature has been disabled. If you have an idea you want to showcase for the Life Ain't Cringe page, you can upload a pull request related to this issue.

You can find the view related to this feature in ./services/query-engine/resources/views/cringe-results.blade.php.

Can we add:

1. meme/quote of the day or something like
2. A search puzzle,based on phrase. i.e: What's the starting node of a tree called and is naturally in the ground? Ans: Root(user gets a cool msg on searching it!)
