Expose update timestamp in queue & query

clarity timestamp is needed on the queue, it's there once you add it, but we're not sure about who is updating when in the queue, so can be just a copy past of the presentation view

for example, I have no way to sort by shelters that do not have a google maps lat long, (thus are invisible to the map) so I'd suggest a quick audit of the fields shown on queue and present views

I have made it so the table searching and sorting work. There is an 'updated at' column that is now sortable. Is that sufficient or were you looking for something else?
