Cache management system right now does not work efficiently. There are bugs in Planning where it can show "No courses" while there is, Notes never updates the cache...

Cache is managed efficiently, when an information is not present in the cache it is automatically added, cache is updated etc...
Actual Behavior
Planning sometimes does not update cache while it should. Notes never updates cache (func is commented)
