Figure out versification

Where the original versification differed from KJV, I have used square brackets. A more graceful solution should be figured out.

(The existing SWORD module, unrelated to this one, also uses the KJV versification but doesn't mark differences)

CrossWire's original SWORD module DutSVV version 1.5 dated 2008-12-16 was built years before SWORD was enhanced to support Alternative Versifications. This was why it used the KJV versification.

The way to determine which versification is best suited requires the following empirical stages:

1. Make a copy of the source text with osisID changed to match the "dead tree" reference edition of the STV.
2. Repeatedly building the SWORD module with osis2mod using each potential candidate for versification and checking the log output for V11N warnings as well as checking the module with emptyvss for missing verses.
3. When all suitable test builds have been completed, choose the versification that generates the least number of V11N warnings, providing it does not cause an unacceptable number of missing verses.
