Add option for users to register NTNU id and card on profile #46
Description
We need a method to gather NTNU id and card id per user profile to give them physical access to Sahara if they do not already have it.
We should then export this once or twice per semester and send to IIK for them to give access. A CSV with name, NTNU id and card id should probably suffice.
