Better feedback when discord event text size exeeds 1000 characters

The text field in discord events are limited to 1000 characters. Currently the error states:
`Error upserting discord event: Unable to fetch resource: Invalid Form Body`
which can be a bit hard to decipher. We should do an extra check on the text body (including the extra info we add, such as location link) and give this feedback better to the user.
