It covers Studio workflows (entry triggers, filter tiles, experiment tiles, exit criteria), all six messaging channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, Mobile Inbox, Embedded Messages, WhatsApp), the AI features (Brand Affinity, Send Time Optimization, Frequency Optimization, Predictive Goals, Journey Assist), Smart Ingest configuration for Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, the Catalog API for dynamic product recommendations, and the key REST endpoints for user updates, event tracking, and message targeting.
