Final coverage of the universal 13-step loop after Phases 1–7 and the live
Base Sepolia deploy. The loop is a single universal path: every feature
module's action funnels through the same gateway _call → gate_action seam, so
steps 5–6 and 10–13 are structurally identical for all modules. Steps 7–9
(paymaster / phone-sign / bundler) apply to on-chain-write modules and are now
PROVEN LIVE — a real gas-sponsored UserOp executed on Base Sepolia.

The ERC-4337 send + paymaster-sponsorship legs (steps 7–9) are the same code for every on-chain-write module; proving it once on-chain proves the leg for all. Step 10 stays ⛓ for modules whose component contract isn't deployed (only Factory + Paymaster were) — honest fail-closed, never faked.
