Launch frontend and backend separately

After i follow the instructions in the readme.md and i run the docker compose up -d command, two applications run: searxNG and perplexica app. How do I run just the backend or maybe run the ui and backend separetely?

The Ui is started from any browser on your lan and even outside if you manage some redirect service

There is no UI program itself
