Add custom certificates (+ enable debug)

Because I host ollama and searxng behind a reverse proxy with my own PKI, I needed to add the root certificate to access my services through HTTPS.

Here is my docker-compose :

PS : If you want to enable more logs, uncomment the DEBUG environment var
