badPixelMap branch vs. MappedFromFile

hi, I'm currently on the badPixelMap branch and have unexpected behavior when using the MappedFromFile feature, e.g. no PSFs on one CCD. I was wondering on how much of the mappedDistortion branch is already merged.

Just to be sure, the MappedFromFile features is the type of PSF that you use

hi Dries,

I'm using the following files (somehow it is not possible to attach yaml files without giving it another type). The windows are calculated using ::setSubfieldAroundSkyCoordinates(). I also tried with larger window sizes without success. I get roughly 60 stars out of 147, none on CCD#4. Did we finish with the mappedDistortion branch?

Hi Denis, is the catBlue.txt a star catalog file? I can't see it being used in the input file.

hi Dries, yes, that's the star catalog. I set it manually in the script which calls PlatoSim.
