Many symbols don't render properly #3309

Describe the bug
With the large span of strange unicode characters were added into the game for glyph cosmetics, many people have offhandedly mentioned that some of these characters don't render properly on their devices and/or on Steam.
Additional context
I suspect that the proper solution here would be to add cosmetic symbols into the font file. If I'm understanding how that works, this would also allow cel5's symbol to be added to cosmetics as well. Additionally, this might let also us fix the browser-dependent weirdness of the infinity unicode character not rendering vertically centered on certain browsers?
