Opening a file should check it out at the current commit hash. #9

Yet, git's current commit hash may not be in the git log we pulled earlier (if the file wasn't modified in this commit). We could default to the latest, but it would be better to find the last version it was modified and change to that.

We should only do this when we have #6. Otherwise, it may be annoying to navigate away from this state.
