Add real-time job progress and agent activity visibility

Summary

Users need better visibility into job execution progress and agent activity. Currently, there's no way to understand what the system is doing, where execution stalls, or what output is being produced during job runs.

Requested Features

• Live execution timeline showing:
  • Current step being executed
  • Running status of jobs
  • Completed steps
  • Agent output
  • Failure points

Acceptance Criteria

• Users can inspect in-progress activity while a job is running
• Users can see where failed steps stopped execution
• Users can review execution history after a run completes or fails
