Main Overview Dashboard - Unable to Scroll

In the Main Overview Dashboard:

If I try to scroll down to see all the channels in the list, it's not allowing me to. I'd love to be able to have this view since the detail view doesn't have a green or red icon to see what is up or down at a glance.

Should be able to use this CSS to enable that.
