Error message truncation observed when offline

When there is no internet connection, I receive specific error messages — however, the messages appear to be truncated or cut off, which makes them difficult to understand.

Also getting different errors when I’m offline

we might need to fix this for copy address snackbar as well @reasje

Should be fixed on the latest build.
