water withdrawal by regional natural gas is available in gcam v6 but not in gcam v7

I noticed that water withdrawals by sector in the Modelinterface show water withdrawal for regional natural gas in GCAM v6, but it is not available in GCAM v7. However, the associated XML file (water_demand_primary.xml) does contain the water coefficient for regional natural gas.
Additionally, I’m confused about the inclusion of both domestic and import components in the water withdrawal for primary energy. For example, water withdrawal for coal production in China should be limited to domestic production activities, but the model seems to account for both domestic and import sources.

The person who led the proposal @mbins is on parental leave right now but I'd imagine the water consumption of natural gas production was simply overlooked; it shouldn't be much water anyways. The estimate wasn't based on hydraulic fracturing. It was documented in Hejazi et al. 2014 https://doi.org/10.1016/j.techfore.2013.05.006, which indicates that the data sources used for the water use coefficients were from Gleick 1994 and Elcock 2008, both published before hydraulic fracturing was a common practice.
