Consistently describe the resolution for moirai outputs throughout

moirai outputs are unprojected and are at 5 arcmins. this comes to ~10 kms based on where a pixel is located relative to the equator. Need to describe this a bit more carefully in all input code files and output metadata.

Based on this- following details are probably required,

1. Look through all .c files and update definitions
2. Look through readme and edit the definitions
3. Make sure metadata is all consistent.
