Sometimes emails are forwarded to Ask-JGI from JGI admin, Manager, Director, etc. Add instructions on what to do with these, including:
- how to address the email (e.g. what if the original querier isn't included in the thread)
- should you drop JGI-admin etc from thread, and if you do you should let them know you're handling it
- how to update tracker so that the ticket reporting follows properly
