How to change the double arrow to the normal single down pointing arrow?

Comparing your implementation to the original harvest one, I noticed that the select drop down arrow is a double arrow pointing up and down. If I want to change it to the single down pointing arrow, is there a way to do that? I don't see a configuration option for something like this.

I also am noticing that the height of the control is taller/bigger. (which may be getting pushed bigger because of the larger double arrow image...) Is there a way to control this?

There isn't a configuration option for this specifically. Sorry about that.

It's embedded into the CSS file, so it can be overridden pretty easily.

When I did this, I styled it as a combination of macOS and the WordPress Dashicons project:

I think if we are going to include variations, we should systematize it... Any other options you'd want to tweak?
