[Feature] Add ByRef Data to byVal SMO in Editor

Right now, there's no easy way to add ByRef Data to a byVal SMO using the Editor. I propose we add that capability.

I suggest this issue be duplicated on JKI's internal issue tracker, unless you are planning to open source the SMO Editor as well ;-)
