Missing simulation option

@tansial notices that it is missing the plot workflow option in the run simulation.

Another "not my business issue", unassigning myself.

To be frank,...i remember the previous GUI didn't have that,
and i guess nobody from us explained to Stefano that the "model graph" has a sibling "workflow graph".

It's certainly useful to have it someday.
But it's too late for this release.
