Twitter handle reuse problem

After the merge of JSFoundation and Node.js Foundation into OpenJS foundation, https://js.foundation seems no longer used, and Twitter handle has been moved to @openjsf. However it seems currently the original @the_jsf handle has been occupied by some rando, and displaying random messages from this unknown account on https://js.foundation

This might be dangerous and cause unwanted confusion for developers visiting the site.
