Currently, if a PDF file is attached to a bibliographic entry, the 'File annotations' tab is always shown in the entry editor.

Expected behavior:
It would be preferable if the 'File annotations' tab were shown only when the PDF actually contains highlights or comments.

A possible solution:
In the 'Entry editor' preferences, add a flag like: 'Show tab 'File annotations' only if it contains highlights or comments'.
