Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Instead of the standard icon, the OpenJDK penguin icon appears after installation (for launch the application).

When the application is launched, it is indicated by a separate gear icon on the dash bar.

Reading #13579 (comment), there are two icons shown. I think, it is because on Linux another binary is started.

Steps towards a solution:

1. Create a minimal app - maybe based on https://github.com/Siedlerchr/javafxreproducer
2. Check if minimal app shows two icons, too
3. If yes: report back to JavaFX team
4. If no: find out the differences to JabRef
