SKILL.md description exceeds Codex limit

Hi, I found that this skill cannot be loaded by Codex because the description field in SKILL.md is too long.

Codex reports:

⚠ Skipped loading 1 skill(s) due to invalid SKILL.md files.

⚠ /Users/xxx/.agents/skills/transitions-dev/SKILL.md: invalid description: exceeds maximum length of 1024 characters

It seems Codex currently has a 1024-character limit for the description field. Could you please shorten the description so the skill can be loaded correctly?

Confirming this also breaks GitHub Copilot CLI, so it is not Codex-specific — the 1024-character description cap is the common Agent Skills frontmatter limit, and strict loaders enforce it.

Copilot reports:

The following skills failed to load:
✖ /Users/.../.agents/skills/transitions-dev/SKILL.md: Skill description must be at most 1024 characters

The current transitions-dev description is 1193 characters (169 over the limit). transitions-polish is within the limit and loads fine.

A quick fix would be trimming the long tail of quoted trigger phrases in skills/transitions-dev/SKILL.md so the description is ≤ 1024 while keeping the core summary and the main triggers — for example, dropping some of the individual "..." phrases and the redundant motion tokens / tokenize clause gets it comfortably under. Happy to open a PR if that would help.
