Hanging on installation

Hi James,

The readme looks cool, but my console hangs for 5+ minutes on installation

Installing himg 0.0.12 with native extensions

Is there a flag I can run on install to see whats happening?

Possibly gem install himg --verbose could provide more output.

There's two paths it could be taking for install:

1. Installing pre-compile binaries.
2. Compiling the rust code with rustc

The pre-compiled binaries are built for a combination of platform / architecture / ruby version, with macos currently built for ruby 3.4.x and linux builds able to combine binaries for rubies 3.2.x/3.3.x/3.4.x.

What ruby version are you on? Would be good to know if this is a problem with local compilation or something with the pre-built binaries

OK i will attempt to install on 3.4 and see how it works.
