Incorrect display of icons in WSL 2 Fedora 42

I have an issue with displaying the correct icons from the tiwahu theme. I have installed FiraMono nerd font on windows and set it as the font on windows terminal. I have also installed the font on wsl via oh-my-posh font install.

Do I have to set it as the default font on wsl?

@mmilan1 It shows the default linux icon meaning it can't correctly derive the platform name from the environment.

You can look at the logs to see what the output is for the Platform call in the os segment, or set display_distro_name to get the name instead of the icon. You can then override the name with the icon of choice in the os segment's properties.

Where do I find the logs? Do I set display_distro_name in the tiwahu json file? If so, I can't locate the exact line of the snippet you have shown.

@mmilan1 you can use oh-my-posh debug do see the logs. The tiwahu theme has this entry on line 37, you need to add the properties in that segment.

Do I install a Fedora icon myself, or can I find it within the oh-my-posh package?

Not from oh-my-posh. That's a terminal setting.

Would I have to edit the terminal settings.json for that?
