What happened?

Latest upgrade and the one before it exhibited the following behavior, leading to a hanging upgrade process which cannot be terminated (Ctrl+c) unless exiting whole terminal session (Ctrl+d).
OS: Ubuntu 24.04

@stderr-to-devnull the brew formula hasn't been touched in ages so can't be related to the releases TBH.

It is the only brew formula that exhibits this behavior on my machine.
