Stress launching (spamming launch button)with Outlook causes not to restore

I have outlook set to open 50% on right screen as if it was snapped (capture was done via capture)

I have editor (or shortcut) present and i click launch multiple times. First time with outlook, it moves the window into the correct spot but remaining instances, majority just tiles.

I can reproduce this double clicking a shortcut on desktop but it is much harder to reproduce this way.

I do believe this is an edge case scenario as well to slam a button like this for this style of application
