Migrate YevIgn to LF EasyCLA

As per PR JanusGraph/janusgraph#2173, @YevIgn has signed the LF EasyCLA, so we no longer need to keep the CLA record in this config. Signed-off-by: Misha Brukman <mbrukman@google.com>
