Add alternative spelling of @kottmann's name

Per JanusGraph/janusgraph#146 (comment), we should add the alternative spelling of @kottmann's name so that it passes the CLA validation whether it uses the umlaut form or plain ASCII. The two valid names are "Joern Kottmann" and "Jörn Kottmann".
