About user previleges

Hi

We have a question with the user previleges in version 1.2.5. Can we create a user that just can adding only one certificate and only one application (or a specific number of certificate and application)? And how we can configure to do that?

Moreover, we found a security issue. When we created a user with none of the previleges as below:

, this user still could view all the certificate of other users.

How can we fix this?
