Yes, it is possible to change her language.

If you're using Elevenlabs, you'll need to change tts_model value from None to eleven_multilingual_v2 inside the main.py file. As stated in the Elevenlabs documentation, this model supports 29 languages including English, Chinese, Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Arabic, Korean, Indonesian, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Polish, Swedish, Filipino, Malay, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Greek, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovak, and Tamil.

Also, I would suggest editing personality.txt file and specifying the language you want Waifu to speak in. For example, in current version of this file, I have line "Answer only in English, even if the request was made in other language"
