After refreshing the voice list, I get the error 'Connection errored out.' What should I do?

Try to play with:
pip install -U fastapi==0.112.2
or
pip install -U fastapi==0.112.4

I tried updating modules/rvc/requirements.txt to fastapi==0.112.2 did not help.
