Testbed doesn't run on windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and expand the .zip on windows 7
2. Run the testbed.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected something, I saw nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.0.1.3-r175 on Win 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Compatibility mode and administrative privileges doesn't help.

Compile it yourself then, from latest SVN source. I got it running on Windows 7 
about
10 seconds ago, but I have to run it in debug mode through VS. Double-clicking 
the
.exe through explorer just crashes it. It's choppy as hell though. I hope 
that's not
Box2D chugging away, but Freeglut or something...

I downloaded the build, unzipped it, and it ran for me on Window 7 with the 
latest 
patches.  Didn't have to compile from source, or anything.
