The screen freezes when shutdown or reboot

I use the same motherboard (ROG STRIX B360-I GAMING) as you and I just installed Ventura 13.4.1 based on your EFI (actually, I adjusted it according to apple.sqlsec.com). It works well for me, but when I shutdown or reboot the machine the screen get frozen suddenly. After several seconds it went dark and froze again for 2 or 3 seconds.

I have tried to use your EFI directly and it will reproduce. Do you have a similar situation? If so, how did you solve it?

I don't have the problem as you encountered. Everything is working perfectly fine to me.
